When logging in using "Sign in with Authentication Code"
When logging in using "Sign in with Authentication Code", an email containing the authentication code will be sent to your registered email address. Please enter the authentication code shown in the email to log in.

* The authentication code is valid for 5 minutes.
When logging in using "Sign in with Password" for accounts with long periods of inactivity
To strengthen security and prevent unauthorized access to Chatwork, we now require email verification for dormant account logins.
If you have not used your account for a long period and want to log in using "Sign in with Password", we will send you an authentication code to your registered email address. Enter the authentication code to log in.
- Email subject: Chatwork: Confirm your authentication code
*The authentication code is valid for 30 minutes.
*This does not apply to the following login methods:
・Login using two-factor authentication
・Login using "Sign in with Google" or "Sign in with Apple"
・Login with single sign-on SAML authentication
